 BackYard Grill is an authentic BBQ smoke house.  Our meat has a light rich pink ring from the wood cooking process.  We use hickery, Cherry and apple wood to smoke our meats for up to 12 hours. This will create a taste you and your  friends will enjoy.  Depending on your needs we have the ability two have a old fashioned hoe down to a formal elegant dinner.  Our menu will have you and your guest raving about your dinner for years.  Let us help your gathering for lunch or dinner to enjoy real southern hospitality.
